I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, being just steps away from Taksim Square, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the room I stayed in had a persistent noise issue and some unpleasant smells. On the bright side, the dining experience was quite enjoyable with a variety of tasty options, though the rooms could definitely use some improvements in soundproofing and cleanliness.
